Reuse of Urban Wastewood: September 29, 2011

The Northern Virginia Urban Forestry Quarterly Roundtable will meet at Potomac Overlook Regional Park, 2845 Marcey Road, Arlington, VA on Thursday September 29 to learn how to participate in reusing urban wastewood. The session starts at 9:00 am with networking, has speakers from the Virginia Department of Forestry and local woodworkers. There will be a milling and woodworking demonstration using wood that has been “rescued” from our urban area.

Registration is required and space is limited. Register with Trees Virginia at http://www.TreesVirginia.org no later than September 23.
